We’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen with innovation, heart, and humility. You’ll craft a dynamic menu that blends authentic Caribbean cuisine with daring fusion-style dishes, pushing boundaries while honoring tradition. 70% of your menu will highlight Caribbean influences, including at least three authentic dishes, while the rest offers creative freedom to explore global flavors.
Executive Chef Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a menu that reflects Caribbean roots and global creativity
- Lead and inspire a diverse culinary team with positivity and integrity
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Collaborate closely with ownership on seasonal offerings and restaurant direction
- Cultivate a respectful and collaborative kitchen culture
Executive Chef Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience as a chef in full-service restaurants
- Proven ability to innovate while maintaining authenticity
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- ServeSafe certification required
- Humble, team-oriented, and full of heart
