Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Buffalo NY

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Requirements & Qualifications:
• CPA, CMA, or CFA certification Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of executive leadership in finance/accounting, with a proven record of managing high-performing teams
• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management in alignment with GAAP and FASB standards
• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic decisions, investment opportunities, and workflow modernization
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience with financial systems integration, automation tools, and advanced analytics platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
