We are seeking a Produce Manager to join our team on the Oregon Coast. If you are a passionate and experienced grocery professional looking for a rewarding role, we invite you to apply! Produce Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in grocery previous – food market experience is required
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Understands food shelf lives, rotation and proper storage
  • Enjoys providing first class customer service at all times
  • Able to establish relationships with numerous different suppliers
  • Able to develop a pricing scheme to achieve targeted gross margins

Produce Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of grocery store operations in fresh departments including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and achieve financial targets
  • Build and lead a high-performing team including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management while fostering teamwork and a positive work environment
  • Monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
