We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Manager for our hospitality group.

Catering Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase catering revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate, social, and special events.
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • 3+ years of catering sales experience, preferably in the NYC hospitality market.
  • Strong book of contacts in corporate and social event industries, a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
