We are a growing, upscale trendy concept that is looking for an eager Area General Manager to assist with overseeing the high-volume restaurant team!

Area General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the whole team receives proper training/coaching and supervision
  • Drives with scheduling, hiring, onboarding
  • Full ownership of all team members' performance development and reviews, promotions, and terminations
  • Ensure full compliance of all opening and closing procedures
  • Resolve customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Support and oversight of several other locations if help is needed.
  • P&L owner and Guest Satisfaction champion

Area General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a similar role managing a home base operation and supporting 3-5 other locations,
  • Experience in an upscale dining or fine dining concept
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with the ability and desire to engage with customers on table touches
  • Flexible to the needs of the business and able to travel as necessary
  • Willingness to continue learning and improving

Area General Manager Compensation:

  • M/D/V insurance
  • Paid Time Off
  • Annual Bonus 15-20%
