We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects across the multi-family, senior living, and K-12 education sectors. Project Manager Benefits:

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Lead ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee quality control and safety compliance across all project phases
Foster team success through strong communication and collaboration
Utilize industry-standard project management software such as Microsoft Project and Viewpoint
Coordinate self-performed trades including concrete, carpentry, and structural work

Project Manager Qualifications:

5–10+ years of project management experience in $35M+ construction projects
Proven expertise in multi-family, senior living, or K-12 construction sectors
Hands-on understanding of self-performed construction (not development-only experience)
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills required
