Growing local business seeks experienced Plumbing Field Operations Manager.
What We Offer:
- Generous compensation package $225K-$245K DOE
- Company vehicle
Required Experience:
- Significant leadership in new construction plumbing
- Expertise in pricing models, material takeoffs, and subcontractor management
- Deep knowledge of plumbing systems and residential/light commercial codes
- Experience developing and implementing field operations procedures
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Existing relationships with DFW home builders, subcontractors, and suppliers
Must be local to Dallas/Fort Worth area.
