Insurance Services Manager

Our client is seeking an organized, client-focused Insurance Services Manager to serve as a key point of contact within a trusted insurance agency. Insurance Services Manager | Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in an insurance-related or client-facing service role preferred
  • Commercial or personal lines insurance experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational abilities
  • Dependable team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving office setting
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

Insurance Services Manager | Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism, accuracy, and a client-first attitude
  • Resolve client service requests efficiently and thoroughly, maintaining clear communication throughout the process
  • Assist with audits, claims, and documentation management to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines
  • Build and sustain positive client relationships by owning service issues through to resolution
  • Collaborate closely with producers and account managers to deliver seamless, high-quality service
  • Maintain organized, compliant internal records in accordance with agency procedures
