Client Services Manager – About the Role

Client Services Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
• Resolve service requests quickly and completely, keeping clients informed every step of the way
• Assist with audits and claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met
• Build and maintain positive relationships by owning client issues until fully resolved
• Collaborate with producers and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Keep internal records organized and compliant with agency protocols

Client Services Manager – What We’re Looking For

• A positive, helpful communicator who genuinely enjoys assisting others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A natural problem solver who takes initiative
• 2+ years in insurance or a customer-facing role preferred
• Commercial or personal lines experience is a plus
• Dependable team player who thrives in a fast-moving office environment
