Executive Kitchen Manager – Lead the Line, Love the Craft
Calling all skilled culinary pros! We’re on the hunt for a passionate Executive Kitchen Manager to run the show in our high-volume, scratch-made kitchen. If you thrive under pressure, love leading a team, and can keep operations sharp and efficient—you might be our next great hire.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a large BOH team in a fast-paced environment
- Own the labor and food cost targets
- Oversee staff schedules, inventory systems, and purchasing
- Maintain high standards across execution, food safety, and team culture
- Operate with financial discipline and a clear eye on performance
Executive Chef Requirements:
- Degree in Culinary Arts (or related field)
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar kitchens in upscale dining
- Professional appearance and strong leadership presence
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willing to work a flexible 45-hour week (mornings, nights, weekends, holidays)
- ServSafe Certified
- Expert in Food & Alcohol Safety
