We have an immediate opening in our beautiful new restaurant in LaJolla, California. If you have at least 3 years experience in a high end fine dining restaurant and have solid wine and liquor knowledge apply now! Have you worked in Michelin restaurants? Even better! We offer a solid salary range of $115,000 to $125,000 and relocation assistance.
FINE DINING GENERAL MANAGER BENEFITS:

FINE DINING GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS AND WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Day to day operations
- 3 years of GM experience in fine dining – preferably in a MIchelin Star restaurant – Level 1 Sommelier a big plus
- Giving guests a five star dining expertise
- Training your team to adhere to a high level of service to our guests
- Strong financial acumen
- Ownership mentality
- Great team building and leadership skills
