Executive VP Mergers and Acquisitions– Corporate Risk
📍 Remote | 30% Travel
💰 $150K–$180K Base + Bonus (Up to $60K)

We’re seeking a seasoned M&A Property & Casualty (P&C) risk expert to lead due diligence for private equity transactions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role combining data analysis, report writing, and direct client interaction—ideal for a driven “doer” who can manage the full diligence lifecycle.
Executive VP Mergers and Acquisitions– Corporate Risk
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Lead multiple (8–12) active M&A due diligence projects
- Manage data rooms, analyze insurance-related risk, and deliver client-ready reports
- Present insights and strategies to private equity clients
- Mentor Analysts and Associates
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Develop post-close insurance strategies and client proposals
Executive VP Mergers and Acquisitions– Corporate Risk
You Bring:
- 5–10 years of M&A P&C due diligence experience (3+ with strong skills)
- Direct experience managing data rooms and writing reports
- P&C License (or ability to get one quickly)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven project management and mentoring capabilities
