What You’ll Do:

Lead talent acquisition strategy across multiple high-volume restaurant concepts
Collaborate closely with operational leadership to forecast and meet hiring needs
Develop scalable hiring processes and tools to support rapid expansion
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and optimize recruitment workflows
Represent the brand at hiring events, job fairs, and industry networking opportunities
Guide and mentor a small recruitment team as needed
Build strong pipelines for both hourly and management-level roles

What You Bring:

3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant recruiting or hospitality talent acquisition
Background in upscale or fine dining restaurant operations is strongly preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Expertise using ATS and recruitment marketing tools
Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
Comfortable with occasional travel for onsite hiring events and team engagement
