This is a critical leadership opportunity for a savvy, hospitality-focused recruiter who thrives on building top-tier teams and fueling company-wide growth through smart, strategic hiring.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead talent acquisition strategy across multiple high-volume restaurant concepts
  • Collaborate closely with operational leadership to forecast and meet hiring needs
  • Develop scalable hiring processes and tools to support rapid expansion
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and optimize recruitment workflows
  • Represent the brand at hiring events, job fairs, and industry networking opportunities
  • Guide and mentor a small recruitment team as needed
  • Build strong pipelines for both hourly and management-level roles

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant recruiting or hospitality talent acquisition
  • Background in upscale or fine dining restaurant operations is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise using ATS and recruitment marketing tools
  • Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with occasional travel for onsite hiring events and team engagement
