Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience supporting high-volume operations
  • Skilled in scheduling, ordering, payroll, and daily shift execution
  • Ability to lead teams with strong communication and organization
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • New restaurant opening experience preferred
  • Back-of-house/kitchen operations experience strongly preferred
  • Hands-on, lead-by-example management style
  • Passion for training and developing team members
