Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager Requirements

  • Prior restaurant management experience with an independent group
  • Guest-focused mindset
  • Ability to collaborate and direct staff
  • TIPs/ServSafe certification

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Scheduling of service team and basic administrative duties
  • Receive guest concerns and provide recovery
  • Direct and run service having a constant floor presence
  • Ensure service standards are adhered to
