Restaurant Manager Requirements
- Prior restaurant management experience with an independent group
- Guest-focused mindset
- Ability to collaborate and direct staff
- TIPs/ServSafe certification
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
- Scheduling of service team and basic administrative duties
- Receive guest concerns and provide recovery
- Direct and run service having a constant floor presence
- Ensure service standards are adhered to
