Mid-Senior Corporate Attorney Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $135k-$165k
  • Bonus potential up to $35k

Mid-Senior Corporate Attorney Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of relevant legal experience
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Colorado
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively to conduct legal research, draft documents, and deliver efficient, high-quality legal solutions
  • Proficient in developing strategic approaches and managing the preparation and execution of legal documents
  • Strong legal drafting abilities with a talent for evaluating and selecting the most effective solutions
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a natural ability to lead and engage with clients and colleagues
