Outside Sales Representative Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in custom packaging or manufacturing industry
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Northeast territory
- Maintain strong relationships with current customers through regular visits and communication
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with client needs
- Manage vendor-managed inventory (VMI) accounts and help set warehouse stock levels
- Collaborate with engineering to communicate client specifications and ensure solution accuracy
