Outside Sales Representative Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in custom packaging or manufacturing industry
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Northeast territory
Maintain strong relationships with current customers through regular visits and communication
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with client needs
Manage vendor-managed inventory (VMI) accounts and help set warehouse stock levels
Collaborate with engineering to communicate client specifications and ensure solution accuracy
