General Manager Position Requirements:

  • This is a truly hands-on Manager role. Very strong back-of-house/kitchen knowledge, interest and willingness is required. The General Manager is trained on, and expected to hop in to kitchen-line roles (during service) expedite service-flow at peak, or other needed times.
  • Excellent people skills and communication
  • Experience in full-service restaurants management
  • Solid financial acumen, experience with inventory management, payroll, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, POS systems, bar management
