Our Manufacturing Operations Manager Has

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
  • 8+ years of manufacturing operations experience  
  • 5+ years managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment  
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing and data analytics  
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills  
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and authentic with a passion for problem-solving—thrives without relying on heavy structure or dependency

Our Manufacturing Operations Manager Will

  • Lead and support manufacturing managment team, maximizing efficiency and quality, and ensuring safety  
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative manufacturing solutions to boost productivity and quality.
  • Promote a customer-focused and quality-oriented culture throughout all production activities.
  • Use production data analysis to guide workforce planning, equipment investments, and process optimizations.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to communicate operational updates, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow across all shifts, maintaining consistent progress toward manufacturing goals.
