Our Manufacturing Operations Manager Has
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 8+ years of manufacturing operations experience
- 5+ years managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Expertise in lean manufacturing and data analytics
- Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and authentic with a passion for problem-solving—thrives without relying on heavy structure or dependency
Our Manufacturing Operations Manager Will
- Lead and support manufacturing managment team, maximizing efficiency and quality, and ensuring safety
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative manufacturing solutions to boost productivity and quality.
- Promote a customer-focused and quality-oriented culture throughout all production activities.
- Use production data analysis to guide workforce planning, equipment investments, and process optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to communicate operational updates, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow across all shifts, maintaining consistent progress toward manufacturing goals.
