Assistant General Manager Salary & Benefits

Assistant General Manager Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager within fast-casual, high-service concepts
- Demonstrated success in building, leading, and retaining high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in labor, inventory, and cost management
- People-centered leadership style with excellent emotional intelligence
- A track record of operational excellence and fostering a hospitality-first environment
- Humble, driven, and guest-focused approach to leadership and service
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and team leadership
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through operational consistency and warm, attentive service
- Hire, train, and develop team members, cultivating a positive, collaborative culture
- Manage financial performance, including labor scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
- Lead by example with a hands-on leadership style and a commitment to hospitality-driven service
- Champion the brand’s values, community initiatives, and guest-centric mission in every shift
