Executive Chef | Scratch Italian Kitchen | Growth-Focused Concept

We’re looking for a sharp, forward-thinking Executive Chef to lead a chef-driven Italian kitchen known for scratch cooking, creative freedom, and high standards. If you’ve mastered the systems of a polished, full-service environment but still bring the spirit of an independent operator — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Own:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and BOH performance
  • Lead recipe execution, ordering, scheduling, and inventory
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performance culinary team
  • Maintain impeccable food quality, safety, and presentation standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with FOH leadership and event teams

Ideal Background:

  • 2+ years in a stable Executive Chef or CDC role
  • Proven experience with Italian cuisine and scratch kitchens
  • Prior exposure to corporate-level systems or structure
  • Event experience is a plus (rehearsal dinners, private dining, etc.)
  • A strong blend of discipline, creativity, and leadership
