We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer with at least 1 year of experience who is eager to learn and close NonQM products. If you are looking for growth and knowledge to set yourself up for success, this is the right fit for you.

Mortgage Loan Officer Responsibilities

  • Originate DSCR, Fix & Flip, and GUC loans.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of real estate investor clients.
  • Pre-qualify borrowers and collect necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and closing teams for fast approvals.

Mortgage Loan Officer Requirements

  • 2+ years of mortgage or private lending experience.
  • Knowledge of DSCR, Fix & Flip, and construction loans.
  • Ability to self-source leads and manage relationships.
  • Must have closed at least $500,000 in volume in one month.
  • Driven, organized, CRM knowledge
  • NMLS license preferred (not always required).
