Are you a master of details, a pro at planning, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for a Corporate Event Planner to take the lead on high-impact events that bring our brand to life and support key business goals.
From executive summits and client appreciation events to trade shows and team celebrations — you’ll be at the center of it all, making sure every detail shines .
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Own the planning and execution of corporate events like seminars, leadership meetings, conferences, and trade shows
🔹 Partner with internal teams to align event goals, timelines, and strategy
🔹 Source and manage vendors (venues, AV, catering, entertainment—you name it!)
🔹 Coordinate all logistics including travel, registration, scheduling, and on-site setup
🔹 Build and track budgets to deliver high-impact events without breaking the bank
🔹 Develop timelines, floor plans, and production schedules that keep everything running smoothly
🔹 Ensure cohesive branding and messaging across every event touchpoint
🔹 Be the go-to on-site: setting up, troubleshooting, and ensuring flawless execution
🔹 Analyze event outcomes using KPIs, surveys, and ROI to refine future planning
🔹 Stay ahead of the curve with the latest event trends and best practices
What You Bring to the Table:
A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience planning and executing standout corporate events
Top-notch organizational and vendor negotiation skills
Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator
Proficiency with event planning software and productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines like a pro
Willingness to travel and be on-site during evenings/weekends when needed
