  • 3+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management (fine dining preferred)
  • Steakhouse or hotel background? Big bonus points.
  • Strong bar knowledge — a huge plus

  • Event experience (private + semi-private)
  • A fast-paced, hands-on leader who builds trust and unity
  • Sharp focus on sanitation, compliance, and top-tier food handling
