- 3+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management (fine dining preferred)
- Steakhouse or hotel background? Big bonus points.
- Strong bar knowledge — a huge plus
- Charismatic, magnetic personality — a true brand ambassador
- Event experience (private + semi-private)
- A fast-paced, hands-on leader who builds trust and unity
- Sharp focus on sanitation, compliance, and top-tier food handling
