Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services.
- Develop and implement housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure consistency and excellence in service.
- Monitor guest feedback and address any cleanliness-related concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all rooms and facilities meet brand standards.
- Maintain inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or quality assurance within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards in a hotel setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate a housekeeping team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and quality control processes is a plus.
- Upbeat, positive attitude
