Catering Manager Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of off-premise event catering, corporate catering, and drop-off catering
  • Hands-on and operations-driven – lead by example mentality
  • Focus on results-driven planning and execution to facilitate best in class events
  • Uphold training and brand standards in all capacities
  • Customer service-focused and oriented
  • Diverse culinary knowledge, design, and development skills
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships and leading others
  • An infectious, positive attitude that inspires others

Catering Manager Benefits:

  • Base compensation of $55,000 to $65,000
