Fun QSR concept is seeking a fun District Manager! We currently have 3 locations with plans to continue to grow. The right fit will be highly motivated with an enthusiastic personality that motivates others. Our partnership thrives on transparency and accountability. Must have a strong will to succeed!
DM Qualifications:
- Successful background in achieving sales and profit targets.
- Knowledgeable in creating and implementing training programs
- Exceptional financial acumen
- Minimum of 3 years in a multi unit leadership role
DM Responsibilities:
- Community involvement to drive sales
- Coach, train, lead and develop teams to excel in guest service
- Manage operations and financials for multiple units
- Oversee all compliance with companies policies, procedures, SOPs as well as food safety, sanitation and quality control
- Create and execute plans to control costs, by managing inventory and reducing waste
