We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager for a well-established, growing CNC Manufacturing and Fabrication company. The ideal candidate for the National Sales Manager role will be responsible for driving growth through new business development, expanding existing accounts, and building strong customer partnerships.

National Sales Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by developing new accounts and strengthening existing customer relationships.
  • Travel to customer sites and locations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and daily outreach.
  • Present technical solutions to customers in key markets.
  • Interpret engineered drawings and collaborate with engineering to develop competitive proposals.
  • Monitor market activity, identify trends, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Mentor and support sales staff across multiple sites.
  • Facilitate cross-selling opportunities between facilities.
  • Partner with marketing on targeted campaigns.
  • Proven sales and business development experience in CNC machining or metal fabrication.
  • Knowledge of aerospace, defense, or space industry customer needs.
  • Strong understanding of machining and fabrication processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

National Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $115K – $125K
  • Excellent Bonus structure
