We are seeking a fire alarm Installer who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems while working directly with clients. Installation Technician Responsibilities:

Install, test, commission, service, and program fire alarm systems (both new and existing).
Troubleshoot and program multi-brand fire alarm systems from various manufacturers.
Diagnose system failures, replace defective components, and perform troubleshooting with electronic equipment.
Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, specifications, prints, and manuals.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients.
Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and strong work habits.

Installation Technician Qualifications:

Technical experience in fire alarm installations, repair and maintenance.
Ability to work full-time and participate in on-call rotations.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
S98 Certificate or NICET Level II certification.
Experience with Edwards EST3/EST4 and Game well-FCI systems.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
