We’re looking for a professional, high-performing Restaurant Manager to help lead a high-volume, upscale concept known for its elevated service, precision execution, and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining restaurant
Ensure every shift runs with a sense of urgency and excellence
Lead and inspire a polished front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, intuitive service
Maintain operational control over labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost management
Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and pride in execution
2+ years of fine dining management experience and pride in delivering excellence
Highly organized and naturally decisive, with strong floor presence and a sense of command
Skilled in coaching and developing a high-caliber team
Detail-obsessed with a strong eye for service, pace, and presentation
Calm and effective in high-pressure moments
ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)

Compensation:

Competitive salary, $65-$75k
100% company paid Health insurance
