A local restaurant group is seeking a Human Resources Manager. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail and is fully committed to the personal growth of each team member.

Human Resources Manager Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience

Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Able to resolve employee relations issues of all types and oversee all HR investigations with fairness, confidentiality, and objectivity
  • Lead HRIS system maintenance, creation of offer letters, new hire onboarding, and payroll department
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws 
  • Educate and assist employees with benefits
  • Assist with all HR admin duties as requested

Human Resources Manager Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in an HR role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field)
  • Knowledge of COBRA and FMLA
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems a plus
  • Must be bilingual
