We’re looking for a hands-on Area Director to lead a group of high-volume, drive-thru restaurants across the Upstate. In this field-first role, you’ll drive results in people, performance, and profitability by coaching General Managers, improving execution, and setting clear standards every day.

Area Director Responsibilities:

Lead and develop 5–6 General Managers, setting clear expectations for execution, accountability, and growth.
Drive operational results in speed of service, accuracy, food quality, and guest experience, focusing on drive-thru performance.
Own area results, including labor, food and controllable costs, and planning to achieve business goals.
Build talent by hiring strong leaders, maintaining bench strength, and coaching managers when performance falls short.
Ensure compliance with company standards, HR practices, and all regulatory requirements while fostering a professional work environment.

Area Director Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years as an Area Director or comparable multi-unit leader, managing 5+ restaurants and General Managers.
Proven success controlling costs and driving performance in high-volume quick-service restaurants ($2MM+ annual sales).
Strong people leader with the ability to evaluate talent, coach effectively, and develop reliable teams.
Clear, direct communicator who can organize priorities and implement change in the field.
Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable with early starts, regular travel, and field leadership across the Upstate region
