Experienced, fine-dining, high-caliber Restaurant Sales & Marketing Manager needed for an amazing new restaurant in Washington DC. Candidates must have a passion for guest service and a drive for achieving results. This is a high-end dynamic concept looking for an exceptional leader who can drive all aspects of sales and marketing for the restaurant. Sales & Marketing Manager Requirements:

4+ years of current Fine Dining/Upscale Sales & Marketing Manager Experience, overseeing more than $1MM in sales annually
Strong Entrepreneurial Mindset with an ownership mentality
Execute the Sales/Marketing Plan, including outgoing calls, identifying and pursuing target markets, monitoring call center inquiries, local outreach, attending prospecting events, and open houses.
Charismatic, engaging leader with excellent people skills, with the ability to build and foster a team environment
Strong sales skills are required, inducing experience with prospecting, cold calls, and negotiating
Preferably pedigree from fine dining/luxury brand hospitality
A sincere passion for hospitality and creating an impeccable guest experience
A solid and proven network of prospective customer contacts and clients is required
