Chef de Cuisine – West Midtown Atlanta

Chef de Cuisine Benefits and Compensation:

Chef de Cuisine Requirements & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume, upscale, or fine dining environment
Proven administrative skills in inventory control, costing, and scheduling
Experience managing a restaurant with a volume of $6 million or more
Strong polish and professionalism
Ability to partner with the Executive team to manage daily restaurant operations
Commitment to training and developing a team of cooks into future leaders
Financial accountability and inventory management skills
Upholding high standards of cleanliness and food presentation

Chef de Cuisine Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience in a fast-paced culinary environment
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
