We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to fill a hybrid role combining league recruitment, community outreach, marketing, promotions, and graphic design. This position plays a key role in growing participation, increasing brand visibility, and supporting promotional events.

Responsibilities

League Recruitment & Outreach

Recruit, screen, and onboard participants for league programs
Promote league opportunities through in-person outreach, phone calls, and digital communication
Build and maintain relationships with players, teams, and community partners
Track recruitment activity and assist with event coordination and on-site support

Marketing & Promotions

Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns
Manage social media content and promotional messaging
Assist with brand strategy and promotional planning
Coordinate marketing and promotional events

Graphic Design

Design flyers, banners, and social media graphics
Maintain consistent branding across digital and print materials
Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment, marketing, promotions, or community outreach
Graphic design experience preferred
Comfortable working events, evenings, and weekends as needed
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
