Hotel General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of general manager experience in a small hotel, bed & breakfast, inn, or boutique property
Well-rounded background in Sales, Banquets, F&B as well as Front Desk
Must be highly hands-on and willing to pitch in wherever needed
Strong attention to detail and self-motivation required
Willingness and desire to live and settle long-term in Wyoming

Hotel General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Track record of working collaboratively with small teams and a variety of vendors
Entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of property ownership
Open to couples who wish to manage together

Hotel General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee and support a small team, including maintenance, restaurant, banquets, housekeeping, and front desk staff
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality throughout the property
Build our ever-growing special event and banquet business
Act as the on-site host, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
Manage vendor relationships and ensure ongoing property upkeep
