General Manager Benefits & Compensation

Great base salary
50 hour work week with 2 days off
Monthly bonus of up to 1K
401K with up to 3% match
PTO

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

3 years experience in being a general manager in full service restaurant with alcohol
Operational management of the restaurant including staffing, training, customer service, inventory
Compliance of all state and local regulations for the restaurant
Financial management with responsibility for budgeting, managing costs, and achieving revenue goals. Analyze P&L statements, implement cost-control measures, and ensure profitability.
