Regional Director of Operations

Regional Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in operations management.
- Strong understanding of long-term care (LTC) management and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including residents, families, and state officials.
- Active driver's license is required.
- Must pass a criminal background check and meet all health requirements.
Regional Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience working with dementia patients is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and budget management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Regional Director of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Direct and manage multiple initiatives across assigned locations to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with facility and corporate management teams to achieve excellent operational outcomes.
- Travel to facility locations to provide management support and educate leadership teams.
- Oversee employee management, staffing, and process development and implementation.
- Conduct annual and complaint survey preparation and assist facilities in compliance.
- Develop and deliver presentations on programs, projects, and operational practices.
