Regional Director of Operations

Regional Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in operations management.
Strong understanding of long-term care (LTC) management and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including residents, families, and state officials.
Active driver's license is required.
Must pass a criminal background check and meet all health requirements.

Regional Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills

Experience working with dementia patients is preferred.
Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
Familiarity with financial reporting and budget management.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Regional Director of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Direct and manage multiple initiatives across assigned locations to ensure successful completion.
Collaborate with facility and corporate management teams to achieve excellent operational outcomes.
Travel to facility locations to provide management support and educate leadership teams.
Oversee employee management, staffing, and process development and implementation.
Conduct annual and complaint survey preparation and assist facilities in compliance.
Develop and deliver presentations on programs, projects, and operational practices.
