Now Hiring: Maître D’ | Fine Dining Restaurant

As a hospitality recruiter partnering with an exceptional fine dining restaurant, I’m seeking an experienced Maître D’ who understands that first impressions, precision service, and gracious leadership define the guest experience.

This role is ideal for a polished front-of-house professional who thrives in an upscale environment, leads with confidence, and sets the tone for service excellence from the moment guests arrive.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the face of the restaurant, warmly welcoming and engaging guests
Manage the dining room flow, reservations, and seating to ensure seamless service
Lead, train, and mentor the front-of-house team to fine dining standards
Collaborate closely with culinary and management teams to deliver flawless service
Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and resolve issues with professionalism
Uphold brand standards, service rituals, and an elevated atmosphere at all times

What We’re Looking For

Proven Maître D’, Dining Room Manager, or FOH experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
Strong presence, communication skills, and attention to detail
Deep understanding of elevated service standards and guest engagement
Experience managing reservations systems and high-touch guest relations
A natural leader who sets the example on the floor
