Restaurant General Manager – Modern Mexican Concept | Up to $100K + Benefits

A new, modern Mexican restaurant is opening soon — and we’re looking for an energetic, bilingual General Manager (must speak Spanish fluently) to lead the team and build something truly special.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service or upscale concept
  • Fluent in Spanish and English — essential for leading our diverse team and connecting authentically with staff and guests
  • A hands-on, results-driven leader with charisma and an ownership mindset
  • Strong background in scratch-kitchen operations
  • Blend of independent and polished corporate restaurant experience preferred
  • Solid tenure and a track record of delivering excellence
