This is a hands-on opportunity to step into a highly visible supply chain leadership role within a U.S.-based manufacturing environment. You will have the runway to build structure, drive improvements, and directly impact production performance from the ground up.
This position sits in Woodstock, GA.

Supply Chain Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
- Proven success managing end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations
- Strong working knowledge of inventory control, safety stock levels, and MOQ strategy
- Hands-on experience with ERP, MRP, or WMS systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience leading purchasing and inventory teams
- Comfort driving change, building processes, and improving systems
- Ability to negotiate with vendors to reduce costs, improve delivery, and mitigate risk
- Experience sourcing alternate suppliers and reducing sole-source exposure
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Defining inventory strategy using historical usage and demand forecasting
- Ensuring on-time delivery of parts to support production schedules
- Partnering closely with production, sales, logistics, and procurement teams
- Troubleshooting supply disruptions and minimizing downtime
- Tracking KPIs related to inventory, vendor performance, and production readiness
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
Supply Chain Manager Preferred Background & Skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Lean manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma experience
- Knowledge of quality control standards and compliance practices
- Experience working with industrial equipment or complex assemblies
- Familiarity with Syspro or similar ERP platforms
- Background in process improvement within growing or evolving organizations
