Clinical Training Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cath lab procedures and vascular closure techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
- Experience in clinical training or education within the medical device industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel and work independently as well as within cross-functional teams
Clinical Training Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Previous experience in a clinical training role
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies and compliance standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Passion for improving patient outcomes through education and training
Clinical Training Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare providers at clinical sites
- Train medical professionals on the safe and effective use of advanced vascular closure technology
- Operationalize clinical programs at new sites from initial setup to launch
- Monitor, assess, and enhance effectiveness of ongoing training programs
- Provide educational resources and ongoing support to ensure optimal adoption and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training processes and contribute to continuous product improvement
