KITCHEN MANAGER REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume or scratch-cooking concept
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate a large back-of-house team
Experience managing kitchen operations for events and large parties
Proven ability to maintain consistency and pace in a busy kitchen of +6M
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

KITCHEN MANAGER PREFERRED BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

Experience with Latin-inspired cuisine or bold flavor profiles
Comfortable working closely with FOH managers to ensure smooth service
New restaurant opening experience a plus
