KITCHEN MANAGER REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume or scratch-cooking concept
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate a large back-of-house team
  • Experience managing kitchen operations for events and large parties
  • Proven ability to maintain consistency and pace in a busy kitchen of +6M
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

KITCHEN MANAGER PREFERRED BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

  • Experience with Latin-inspired cuisine or bold flavor profiles
  • Comfortable working closely with FOH managers to ensure smooth service
  • New restaurant opening experience a plus
