Accountant – Key Responsibilities
• Support monthly financial close and reporting activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and develop reporting/metrics as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage commission reports and coordinate with third‑party representatives.
• Streamline accounts receivable processes and resolve inquiries.
• Analyze manufacturing data and communicate actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate financial records across departments.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, integrity, and a positive attitude.
Accountant Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience required.
• Experience with month‑end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manufacturing or cost accounting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to communicate with non‑finance teams.
• Organized self‑starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel for occasional on‑site visits.
