Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications

3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience (high-volume, systems-driven casual to upscale-casual environments preferred)
A stable work history demonstrating commitment and consistency
Proven leadership skills with a coach-first mindset
Ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build strong relationships
A genuine passion for developing team members and WOWing guests
