We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily bar and beverage operations.  This position includes an hourly base plus gratuity and requires 3–4 hands-on bartending shifts per week.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in beverage service management, including craft cocktails and strong product knowledge
  • Proven hospitality leadership with staff supervision and training
  • POS proficiency (Toast preferred) and strong cash-handling skills
  • Inventory, budgeting, and cost-control experience
  • Skilled in scheduling, interviewing, and team management

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily bar operations, staff, and guest service
  • Train and develop bar staff while upholding safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with health and alcohol regulations
  • Create staff schedules and coordinate banquet staffing needs
  • Develop a seasonal craft cocktail menu quarterly
