Restaurant District Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive starting salary of $70k-$80k

Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:

3+ years in multi-unit restaurant management
Strong business acumen and financial management
Engaging team leader with enthusiasm for mentoring others
Effectively communicate and hold managers accountable to company objectives and brand standards
Hire, train, and develop General Managers and Restaurant Managers; proactively build bench strength
Provide hands-on leadership & mentoring, fostering a cohesive team environment
Ability to interpret and impact P&L performance; set budgets; financial oversight of multiple locations
