We are seeking a passionate, driven Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and guide a high-performing team in Nashville’s vibrant dining scene.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

Lead daily operations to achieve food, beverage, labor, and profitability goals
Partner with the Executive Chef on ordering, inventory, waste control, and forecasting
Hire, train, coach, and hold FOH and BOH teams accountable to standards
Analyze P&L performance, manage budgets, payroll, and labor controls
Drive marketing initiatives, events, promotions, and community engagement

Restaurant General Manager Requirements

3–5 years of General Manager experience in upscale or polished-casual dining
Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility
Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
Experience overseeing both FOH and BOH operations
Familiarity with the Nashville hospitality scene
