We are seeking a passionate, driven Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and guide a high-performing team in Nashville’s vibrant dining scene.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations to achieve food, beverage, labor, and profitability goals
  • Partner with the Executive Chef on ordering, inventory, waste control, and forecasting
  • Hire, train, coach, and hold FOH and BOH teams accountable to standards
  • Analyze P&L performance, manage budgets, payroll, and labor controls
  • Drive marketing initiatives, events, promotions, and community engagement

Restaurant General Manager Requirements

  • 3–5 years of General Manager experience in upscale or polished-casual dining
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
  • Experience overseeing both FOH and BOH operations
  • Familiarity with the Nashville hospitality scene
