Fitness Center GM Responsibilities:

Must be motivated to keep team and members satisfied.
Must be excited about keeping the Club clean and safe.
Must be reasonably tech-savvy when it comes to communication and maintenance aps.
Must meet basic physical requirements of lifting, standing, walking, cleaning, etc. This is not an office job.

Fitness Center GM Qualifications:

MUST HAVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE leading people, though it doesn't have to be in a fitness center.
Must be self-motivated and capable of motivating others.
Availability must be flexible. Late hours may be required at times.
Some sales experience preferred.
