Billing and Freight Coordinator Benefits & Compensation

Billing and Freight Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer care experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (not a call center)
Strong customer service focus and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

Billing and Freight Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and correspondence from customers
Process orders and arrange shipping logistics
Manage accurate and timely invoicing for orders
